To use the email facilities in TechTime you will need to install in order
GhostScript Lite
Bullzip PDF printer

mailsend.exe must be in the TechTime folder

Before emailing from TechTime you MUST print something to the Bullzip PDF Printer.
This will create the required path to the settings.ini file
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\PDF Writer\Bullzip PDF Printer\settings.ini

This will need to be done for each user logon.

To link the data tables to the application
start ttapp.mdb while holding down the SHIFT key
In the menu run Tools / Database Utilities / Linked Table Manager
tick "always prompt for new location"
press "Select All"
press "OK"
browse to your ttdata.mdb file

The drop down boxes "Created By" "Category" and "Engineer" will retain whatever you type in to them.
To create a new entry simply type in the required text and then TAB out of the box.

To insert todays date into any of the date fields (CTRL + ;)
